1. We Collect Nothing

MatchProphet is a 100% client-side application. We do not collect, store, or process any personal information. Your predictions, match selections, and generated share cards exist only in your browser and are never transmitted to our servers.

2. No Cookies. No Trackers.

This website does not use cookies, analytics scripts, fingerprinting, or any form of user tracking. We have no idea who you are, and we like it that way.

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following external services solely for functionality:

• •Google Gemini API — Used to generate AI prediction text. Your prompts (match selections and predicted scores) are sent to Google's API for text generation. Subject to Google's Privacy Policy.
• •football-data.org — Used to fetch World Cup 2026 match results. Queries are sent from our server infrastructure. Subject to football-data.org terms.
• •openfootball (GitHub) — Fallback source for World Cup 2026 match schedule and results. Public domain data hosted on GitHub. Subject to openfootball repository.
• •Cloudflare — Used for serverless backend (Workers) and key-value storage (KV) to cache match results. Subject to Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.
• •Tailwind CSS CDN — Loaded from cdn.tailwindcss.com for styling. Subject to their respective policies.
• •GitHub Pages — This site is hosted on GitHub Pages. Subject to GitHub's Privacy Statement.

4. Data Retention

Since we do not store any data, there is nothing to retain or delete. If you clear your browser cache, all locally generated content (including share cards) will be removed.

5. Children's Privacy

MatchProphet is intended for general audiences. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you are under 13, please use this site with parental guidance.
